Products can be returned or exchanged, unopened, with-in 7 days for store credit only.
We recommend that you make your next reservation before leaving the spa to receive 10% off that service. A credit card is required to hold your reservations.
If you want to cancel or reschedule, you must call twenty-four hours prior to your scheduled reservation, otherwise you will be charged for your complete scheduled treatment.
To further enhance your experience, we serve wine with our services at no charge, to all of our clientele over the age of 21. Cool antioxidant beverages are also served.
The price of your treatment does not include gratuity. If your experience was a positive one (and please let us know if it wasn’t), it is customary to tip your therapist, as you would at a restaurant.
Late arrivals will result in shortened service time. The normal service fee will remain the same.
Our spa is not equipped to attend to children. For the comfort of all of our clientele, childcare arrangements should be made off premises and prior to your appointment.
